Initial consultation if free
Single half hour session - $20
12 Session package - $216
Group of 2 (12 - 1 hour sessions) - $300/person
Group of 3 (12 - 1 hour sessions) - $220/person
Group of 4 and up (12 - 1 hour sessions) - $187.50
Program Design
Let one of our personal trainers develop a program specifi cally for you. Programs will
incorporate cardio and strength exercises to help you reach your goals. This includes a
free consultation and one training session to go through your plan.
Four-week Program = $60
Eight-week program = $90
Ten-week program = $100
