To Celebrate National Yoga Month the Y is holding two special workshops in September!
* Sunday September 12th 1:30-3:00pm Beginners Yoga Workshop
Learn basic popular postures with thorough explanation and alignment help for each pose. Class will be taught by two certified Yoga Instructors.
* Sunday September 19th 1:30-3:00pm Yoga for the Athlete
Yoga is an excellent complimentary cross-training activity for any athlete - runners, cyclists or fitness enthusiast. Learn Yoga postures to benefit any training plan.
