This Girls only running group will help your pre-teen learn to love running. Katie Kost, one of our certified personal trainers, will progress your young runner into a personalized running program that suits their individual needs and levels. Each session is twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30AM-9:30AM. The sessions will be four week in length.
