EARLY LEARNING CENTERS

The YMCA Youth Development Centers are high-quality, values-oriented, state-licensed facilities for children newborn – pre-kindergarten with a safe atmosphere and a caring staff. The YMCA Youth Development Centers are open from 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday. The staff is made up of baccalaureate degree teachers, CDA degree teachers and experienced assistants. The YDC utilizes developmentally appropriate curricula to develop children socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.

BRIGHT & EARLY ND

At all YDC locations we work with your child to make sure he or she receives the best quality learning experience possible.

As a Bright & Early North Dakota Program we:

· take extra steps in health & safety

· create an environment that inspires learning through play

· develop activities that encourage language, creativity, science and other skills

· provide nurturing relationships and positive interactions with children

Our program goes above and beyond the basic licensing standards of North Dakota and has completed an intensive observation process to earn a multi star quality rating.

This center is a community partner-based center.  Employees of Basin Electric Power Cooperative, CHI St. Alexius health and Sanford Health may contact their HR departments to inquire about partner-based spots for infant-toddler care and preschool program availability.  

Preschool and Kindergarten Readiness programs are available to the community.  Call the YDC North Site Director for availability.
