summer kinder Camp
Kinder Camp is the ultimate summer camp experience for your Preschooler! Children ages 4-5 enjoy a camp experience tailored especially for them by a Certified Teacher and Assistant.
Summer 2023 Registration Opens January 9, 2023!
ONLINE REGISTRATION
On the Y registration page, select Kinder Camp Preschool/Kindergarten Readiness.
Within 24 hours of completing the online registration process, you will receive an email with links to download and complete the Required Kinder Camp Paperwork. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please contact kathleen.bilstad@bismarckymca.org or 751-9706.

2023 WEEKLY THEMES
June 5-9: Blast Into Summer - Shoot for the stars this summer & let your imagination soar into the stratosphere, learning about outer space, our solar system and rockets.
June 12-16: Ninjas in Nature - Lurk in the shadows & sneak around corners as you discover illusive bugs & animals while learning all about nature including a trip to ND Game & Fish.
June 19-23: Summer Safari- You'll journey into the untamed jungle in an awesome animal themed week that offers an oustanding stop at the Dakota Zoo.
June 26-30: Splashmania- Get wet & wild during this week of wonderful water activities, along with a visit to the Splash Pad at New Generations Park.
July 3-7 (closed July 4): Patriotic Preschoolers- Boast your best red white & blue during our Independence Day week celebration full of stars, stripes & lots of fun.
July 10-14: Vrooom Vrooom! - Planes, trains & automobilies make up this week's learning adventure, where you'll explore all type of transportation & take a fun tour of a fire station.
July 17-21: Enchanted Forest- Lords & ladies love this special week-long celebration of dragons, elves, fairies & all sorts of storybook creatures, in an incredible world of imagination, fantasy & make believe.
July 25-29: Wacky Water Week - Make a splash with a sensational week of water play, that includes a special trip to the Splash Pad at New Generations Park.

Extended Care available from 8:00-9:00am
2023 WEEKLY RATES
Members: $95
Non-Members: $120
Extended Care: $25
Non-refundable registration fee and security deposit due due at the time of registration.
Cancellations: A system credit or refund will be issued if cancellations are made at least ONE WEEK PRIOR to the specific camp's start date. Cancellations must made through the YDC Site Director using the cancellation form (click here).

8:00-9:00 EXTENDED CARE: explore learning centers
9:00-9:15 POWER UP: talk about day's activities and camp songs
9:15-10:30 PLUG IN: theme activity of the day
10:30-10:45 FUEL UP: snack time and stories
10:45-11:45 ENGERGIZE: outdoor and large motor activities
11:45-12:00 POWER UP: circle time, songs and stories
12:00 DISMISSAL: See you again soon!
