General Facility Use: Members 10 and older may be left alone in the building but must be in activity areas which include gyms, youth track, and pools. 9 year olds may be left alone in activity areas which include gyms, youth track, and pools, but must have a caregiver age 16 or older in the facility. Members 8 and under must be supervised at all times with a caregiver age 16 or older, and should not be left in charge of other children. Members 13 years and older may use all areas of building on their own.

Life Center: Members 10 years and older may work out with an adult immediately present. Members 13 years and older may work out alone.

Fitness Classes: Members 13 years and older may participate alone.

Pools: Member 5 years and under must have an adult in the water with them. Members 6 to 7 years old must have an adult on the pool deck. Members 8 to 9 years old must have an adult in the building. Members 10 years and older may swim alone. ***If a child requires a flotation device in order to be in the pool they must have an adult in the water with them regardless of their age. Lifejackets are provided by the Y.
