Area of specialization: I have the most experience working with athletes, specifically endurance athletes, but I enjoy working with all kinds of people and will not back down from a challenge!

  • New to Personal Training Special (For members who have never trained or who haven’t used a trainer in 2 years.)
    • $50 for a 3 session package / 30 min sessions
  • 30 minute Individual Personal Training Fees
    • $30 / 30 min session
    • $145 for a 6 session package
    • $260 for a 12 session package (save $8 per session)
  • 45 minute Group Training Fees (Per person.)
    • Dual - $225 for a 12 session package
    • 3 Person - $190 for a 12 session package
    • 4 Person - $155 for a 12 session package
  • Fitness Program Design
    • A personalized 4-week program designed to help you reach your specific fitness goals! Work with our Life Center staff to make a plan just for you. Stick to your plan with motivation and support. Experience success and see real results!
